Currently, we seek to attract enthusiastic and experienced individuals for the area of Payment Services & Digital Banking for the following positions to be based in Karachi, Pakistan.

1. Group Head/Chief Payment Services & Digital Banking Group

Role & Responsibilities:

  • New alliances with “Home Send” for business growth of Remittances.
  • To ensure business stability, growth, strategic alignment and enhanced profitability through Digital operationalization.
  • To develop/deploy card Management system for prepaid cards and debit cards to attract customers.
  • To develop the mobile app as ADC for customers.
  • To generate business through new G2P & P2G Business mandates.
  • To build a team of Payments experts to take the bank to the next level in the Digital Payments services.
  • To revamp collection/disbursement services and understand Payments and Third Party Partnerships.
  • To have Customer Orientation & Customer Care attitude.
  • To develop digital products to facilitate customer convenience.
  • To develop and manage in-house cost measurement and reporting function within Payment Services
  • To ensure delivery of all innovation projects on schedule, in the budget, within scope and quality, and achieve transaction cost efficiency.
  • To ensure prioritization of projects and strategic initiatives are aligned with the capacity of the bank to deliver the projects and, where required, help build capacity.
  • To build, lead and manage a business that is positioned both in structure and function to increase efficiency and customer experience resulting in increased sales, market share, and revenue. Thereby assisting in achieving significant growth in line with the Bank’s Strategic Plan.
  • To develop and maintain competitor/market intelligence, keeping abreast of industry trends to ensure the services evolve and share appropriate and relevant information in a timely manner to aid organizational decision making.

Qualification, Experience and Other Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputable University/Institute recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to the Candidate having the degree in Banking/Business related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years at senior level position overseeing digitization and automation in a fast-paced customer sales and services environment.

2. Divisional Head — Innovation and e-Banking Division

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To build a strategy for implementing e-banking/ Alternate Delivery Channels of Retail & Consumer Banking.
  • To oversee all projects of e-banking/ Alternate Delivery Channels to ensure effective implementation in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • To ensure integration between branchless and Core Banking platforms.
  • To prepare the budget and monitor the financial performance to identify areas requiring improvement.
  • To manage the branchless banking teams and ensuring their required performance.
  • To contribute to negotiations of technology regarding branchless banking.
  • To supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports for management and representing the function in various committees and meetings.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by Competent Authority.

Qualification, Experience and Other Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferably MBA from a reputable HEC recognized University/Institute/College.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in reputable bank(s) or similar/equivalent experience with at least 03 years at a senior level position.
  • Age Limit: 45 years and above.
