Accounts Assistant

NM13 Sdn. Bhd. has an immediate vacancy for an Accounts Assistant. We are currently seeking for dynamic, agile and versatile individuals who are committed and know how to work effectively and efficiently in a constantly evolving business environment.
Accounts Assistant

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Assist to keep a full set of Account
  • Assist with the preparation of the complete set of financial reports
  • Assist monitoring the company’s bank and cash account, process reimbursement claims, and payroll
  • Assist prepare journal entries; perform periodic reconciliation of general ledger, debtor ledger, and creditor ledger
  • Assist for the monthly closing of accounts, consolidating inter-companies accounts, variance reporting, and compliance framework
  • Assist to oversee all aspects of daily accounting functions and ensures proper maintenance of accounting records
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary on all statutory and tax requirements compliances
  • To manage all human resource functions such as ensuring effective administration of salary, compensation & benefits, employment and welfare
  • Ensure fulfilments of compliances with EPF, SOCSO and other legal and statutory requirements
  • Overseeing the company’s recruitment process including interviewing new candidate(s) wherever required
  • Maintain daily operations and monitor housekeeping
  • Assist with any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM/STPM/Pre-U/O-level/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Full accounting background, bookkeeping, and payroll
  • English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken and Written) is a compulsory
  • Computer literate and knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a must
  • Have prior knowledge of online accounting system i.e. UBS Accounting is an added advantage
  • Exposure in Financial and Management Accounting is an added value
  • Previous experience in Administrative Management and Operations is highly desired
  • Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Mature, trustworthy, committed, have a positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
